Are you ready to feel graceful, confident and empowered? Join us at our next Dance Lab where Jennifer Naylor-Gross of Spring Grove’s Demure dance troupe will guide us step-by-step through the beautiful art of Belly Dance in a supportive and welcoming environment. Move your body, feel the rhythm, let go of stress, and have lots of fun!
No experience is necessary… just the desire to shimmy, shake and dance the night away!
NOTE: Dress as you would for any workout class. You do not have to bare your belly.
Recommended attire is bare feet and leggings. However, any athletic wear, grip socks, dance shoes, etc. is also fine.
