BAR TENDER
Bartenders provide customer service support during evening and weekend performances. This part-time, event-based role is integral to creating a memorable and positive experience for patrons, with a focus on quick and efficient service within tight time spans. Bartenders skillfully cater to the needs of theatregoers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable concessions experience, while maintaining a personable, detail-oriented, and guest-focused approach.
HOUSE MANAGER
House Managers support front-of-house operations during evening and weekend events. This part-time, event-based role is central to creating a positive and welcoming experience for audiences, volunteers, and artists. House Managers coordinate live event operations, provide exceptional customer service, and help ensure smooth and safe front-of-house flow. The role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy engaging with the public, leading teams, and solving challenges in real time.
BOX OFFICE AGENT
Box Office Agents provide customer service and support during regular box office hours as well as evening and weekend events. This part-time role focuses on assisting patrons with ticket sales, exchanges, and inquiries while supporting the smooth daily operations of the box office. Agents maintain accurate records, help create a welcoming environment, and contribute to an efficient, professional, and guest-friendly experience for all patrons.
