Box Office Agents perform a variety of clerical and customer service functions for patrons of the Appell Center for the Performing Arts and their resident companies. Agents are responsible for processing ticket sales in person and over the phone. This position will also assist in daily operations of the box office including mailings, filings and other duties as assigned.

Assist the marketing team in promoting awareness of Appell Center programming across all digital marketing efforts, including but not limited to social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube), email marketing, SEM and online display. Responsibilities include creating content, both original and with supplied assets, and strategic posting to promote engagement across platforms to current and prospective new audiences. The Assistant will also look for opportunities to increase ACPA brand exposure for its many offerings, including Membership, fundraising, and learning and community engagement initiatives, and evaluate analytics of all efforts to suggest next steps.
