Led by instructors from Dance It Forward, this welcoming class is perfect for adult beginners and anyone who’s ready to dust off their ballet slippers after a long break. No experience required—just a willingness to move, learn and experience the beauty and artistry of ballet in a fun, supportive environment.
Dance Lab takes place the third Friday of every month in the Studio at the Appell Center.
