“The Appell Center sponsored Step Afrika to come hold a workshop with our residents here at the Youth Development Center. Being a shelter for the ‘at risk’ juveniles of York County, we have residents from 10-21 yrs old from various backgrounds with various issues. Regardless of their differences, this group pulled them all together. Then, to top off what was already an amazing experience, we were given tickets to see them perform live!
