KING LEAR Presented by OrangeMite Shakespeare Company
KING LEAR Presented by OrangeMite Shakespeare Company
Join the OrangeMite Shakespeare Company on stage for its production of Shakespeare’s epic tragedy, King Lear. Be part of the final chapter in the organization’s 18-year effort to stage all of Shakespeare’s 39 plays.
King Lear tells the story of an aging king who divides Britain among his three daughters. His youngest refuses to flatter him enough to earn her share. What follows leads the old man and his followers on a humbling journey across the kingdom, through moon drenched meadows to the verges of steep cliffs, questioning the human capacity for growth and decline.
Join us for one of three performances:
January 17 at 7PM
January 18 at 3PM
January 25 at 3PM
