SHINE’s top student performers are joined by high-level youth musicians from schools across York County, all mentored by York’s own professional musicians, in an unprecedented alliance of generations and talents that delivers a single, powerful message: Music has the power to unite us all!

This celebration of artistic excellence is a heartfelt tribute to police, fire, EMS, dispatch and corrections.

Every ticket directly supports first responders and their children through a scholarship fund administered by the York County Safety Collab, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
