DESIGN IT! CREATIVE CAREERS

There are as many creative careers offstage as there are onstage – if not more!

During this day-long field trip experience, the Appell Center for the Performing Arts becomes the ideal learning environment with school groups rotating through 3 different hands-on learning workshops.

Each workshop is guided by working theater professionals in the following careers: sound design, lighting design, costume design, hair and makeup, and scenic design. This program is ideal for school groups of students participating in their school musicals and provides insight into the theatre profession.
