Part Time Administrative Assistant

About this job

The Appell Center for the Performing Arts seeks an organized Administrative Assistant with strong attention to detail to support the Board of Directors as well as Marketing and other departments. The position is 20 hours per week Monday through Friday. Works hours are negotiable though the position will be required to be available for all Board and committee meetings. Pay rate $18/hr.

Job requirements

Education and Experience

3-5 years relevant administrative experience preferred.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Excellent hearing is essential.
